By applying to the Canvasify Creator Program, you agree to these terms.
1. Who can join. You must be 18 or older, based in India, and hold the Instagram account you apply with. One participation per person and per household. We review every application and may accept or decline at our discretion.
2. How the program works. Approved creators receive a single-use discount code (₹500 at Tier 1) to order products from canvasify.com. After your order is delivered, you post one reel within 7 days. Completing a tier on time unlocks the next (₹1,000, then ₹1,500). Codes have no cash value, cannot be transferred or resold, do not cover shipping charges where applicable, cannot be combined with other offers, and expire 14 days after issue.
3. Verification. To confirm account ownership, you must DM the word CANVAS to @canvasify_official from the handle on your application. We may ask for a government ID type and partial number to confirm you're one real person. We never ask for Aadhaar. These details are used only for verification and are deleted when your participation ends.
4. Your deliverable. For each tier, you will post a reel from your own Instagram account that:
- clearly shows the Canvasify product;
- names Canvasify out loud or in a text overlay;
- adds @canvasify_official as a collaborator on the reel, or tags @canvasify_official in the caption;
- includes a material-connection disclosure such as #collab, as required by ASCI guidelines;
- stays live and public for at least 90 days from posting.
You'll also share your raw clips with us via the submission form.
5. Content rights. You own your reel and it stays on your account. By submitting content under this program, you grant Canvasify a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, edit, and adapt that content (including raw clips) in our marketing — including social media, paid ads on Meta and other platforms, our website, and marketplace listings — without further permission or payment. Where the format allows, we'll credit your handle. Ads run directly from your handle only through Instagram's brand-partner permission, which you control.
6. Deadlines and lapses. The 7-day clock starts on the day your order is delivered. If something gets in the way, message us in the DM thread before the deadline and we'll try to work it out. If the deadline passes without communication, you'll receive one reminder with a short grace window. After that, the cycle closes, remaining tiers stay locked, and you may not re-enter the program.
7. Deleted or altered content. Taking the reel down, making it private, or removing the required tags before 90 days counts as an incomplete deliverable, and we may exclude you from the program and future campaigns.
8. Ending or changing the program. We may pause or modify the program, its tiers, or these terms at any time; changes won't reduce rewards you've already earned. We may remove any participant who provides false information, games the program, or behaves abusively.
9. Relationship. Participation doesn't make you an employee, agent, or paid partner of Canvasify. Products received under this program are barter consideration for the content you create.
