What your reel needs
We keep the brief short so your style stays yours. Four things are non-negotiable:
- Canvasify product clearly visible: texture, size, packaging
- Brand named out loud or in a text overlay
- @canvasify_official tagged and #collab added
- Reel stays live for 90 days and can appear in our ads

By applying you accept the creator terms. Approvals are capped weekly. If you don't hear back, your application rolls into the next batch.
Questions, answered
Do I pay anything?
Your code covers ₹500 of product, and orders above ₹499 ship free. Add more than ₹500 to your cart and you pay only the difference. There are no fees to apply or participate.
Is this a paid collab?
It's a barter collab: free product in exchange for a reel, with no cash payment. Creators who complete all three tiers get invited to a long-term partnership, and that conversation can include paid work.
What can I buy with the code?
Anything on the site: stretched canvas, boards, rolls, pads, shaped canvas. Pick whatever fits the content you want to make.
I have fewer than 1,000 followers. Can I still apply?
Not yet, and we'd genuinely love to see you back once you cross 1,000. The bar exists so we can review every application personally.
Do I have to follow a script?
No. Your style is why we picked you. Only four things are fixed: show the product, name the brand, tag us with #collab, and keep the reel live for 90 days. Everything else is yours.
Is 7 days really enough to paint and film?
The clock starts at delivery, not at order, and most creators film their process as they paint, so the reel is largely made by the time the artwork is. If something genuinely gets in the way, tell us in the DM thread before the deadline and we'll work it out. Silence past the deadline is what closes the cycle.
What happens if I miss the deadline?
You get one reminder and a short grace window. After that the cycle closes and the next tiers stay locked. The ladder is reserved for creators who deliver.
Who owns the reel? Will you use it in ads?
The reel stays on your handle and remains your work. By participating you give Canvasify the right to use it in our marketing, including Meta ads and our website, with credit to you. Ads run from your handle only with the brand-partner permission you control on Instagram.
Where's the fine print?
All of it lives in the creator terms: usage rights, deadlines, and disclosure rules. You confirm you've read them when you apply.
